This is a real handmade clock that I make in my small studio in Vienna just for you. I design and make all of my pieces by hand (apart from the mechanism of course) and this makes this clock unique. The design is the result of many hours of sketching, colouring and making collages.
This clock features a modern, abstract design with a combination of geometric shapes and contrasting colors. The main circular part of the clock is a warm brown caramel color, while the overlapping triangular shape is a textured black due to the materiality of the OSB. The clock hands are simple and black, maintaining a minimalist aesthetic. The overall look is contemporary and artistic, making it a striking piece for modern interior decor. The composition of shapes and colors gives it a unique and stylish appearance that would be a focal point in any room.
A unique piece, the Bauhaus Caramel and Black Wall Clock makes for an elegant object in your living space, or as a wedding/ housewarming gift. You might not always be able to tell the time but you will have a piece of art on your wall to enjoy at all times.
The clock is fitted with a german AMS clock mechanism. Although the seconds hand makes a ticking movement, the resulting sound is so low it is barely noticeable only from a very close distance.
Helpful information
My pieces are not indestructible! Clean only with a duster, no water or chemicals. Avoid touching any brass parts with bare hands as this will stain the surface slowly over time.
I take the pictures trying to stay as true to the real colour as possible, but there might be slight differences depending on monitor settings. Please contact me for any questions or clarifications you might need, I am always happy to help!
Set the time only from the dial on the back of the clock. Moving the hands directly with your fingers can destroy the clock mechanism.
