Delivery Information

All parcels are shipped priority and registered by Austrian Post.

In case a parcel gets lost, we will refund the full cost of the item (including shipping) as soon as the package is declared lost by the post. If you have not received your package 4 weeks after shipping date, please contact us so we can initiate a case with the post office.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please take detailed pictures as soon as you receive the parcel and contact us immediately. We will need to open a case with the post office and you will be the recipient of the refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal service disruptions, customs checks in the country of destination and reasons beyond our control. Any customs charges and associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance, product availability and destination. We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. If you need your parcel to arrive sooner than the estimated standard times, please contact us for a quote on an express service.


Delivery within Austria: FREE (1-3 business days*)

Deliveries within Europe: 4 € (3-10 business days * )

Deliveries to the rest of the world: 10 € (10-25 business days * )

We hope you will love your new jewellery but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund (including original shipping costs). Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back to us within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item has to be returned in its original condition in order for a full refund to be issued. For security reasons your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.
