Delivery Information
All parcels are shipped priority and registered by Austrian Mail.
In case a parcel gets lost, I will refund you the full cost of the item (including shipping) as soon as the package is declared lost by the post. If you have not received your package 4 weeks after shipping date, please contact me so I can initiate a case with the post office.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please take detailed pictures as soon as you receive the parcel and contact me immediately. I will need to open a case with the post office and you will be the recipient of the refund.
I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal service disruptions, customs checks in the country of destination and reasons beyond my control. Any customs charges and associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance, product availability and destination. I aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days for jewelry and 1-2 weeks for home decor items, as I make those on demand. If you need your parcel to arrive sooner than the estimated standard times, please contact me so we can find a solution together.

I really hope you will love your new piece! If though for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I am happy to offer a full refund (including original shipping costs). Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship item back to me within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item has to be returned in its original condition in order for a full refund to be issued. For security reasons your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.
